Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients including architects, interior designers, builders, dealers, and furniture showrooms
Identify and approach new business opportunities and corporate clients

Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently

Operate CNC Router machines to cut, engrave, and shape wood components

Load, set up, and calibrate materials and tools on the CNC machine
Monitor machine operations for accuracy and troubleshoot issues
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
Ensure all output meets required specifications and quality standards
Collaborate with design and production teams on custom orders
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating CNC routers (wood industry preferred)
Familiarity with CNC software (ArtCAM, Aspire, VCarve, or RichAuto DSP controller)
Basic understanding of G-code and toolpath operations
Technical knowledge of wood types and cutting tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
ITI/Diploma in mechanical or woodworking-related field preferred
Experience with 2D/3D carving, engraving, and shaping wood panels
Ability to make minor programming adjustments on machine
Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills
Manufacture and assemble wooden furniture (tables, chairs, beds, doors, wardrobes, etc.)
Interpret design blueprints, technical drawings, and measurements
Cut, shape, and smooth wood materials using hand and power tools
Install fittings, hardware, and finishing components
Ensure products meet quality standards and design specifications
Collaborate with designers and supervisors to complete custom projects
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
Proven experience as a furniture carpenter or woodworker
Skilled in using carpentry tools, machinery, and measurement instruments
Knowledge of different types of wood, joints, and finishes
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and finishing quality
Team player with a hardworking attitude
Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
